Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Girl, Help Me ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must be a woman. The Platform is a women-only community. By registering, you represent that you identify as a woman. We reserve the right to remove accounts that do not meet this requirement.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@girlhelpme.co if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others.

When posting or responding on the Platform, you agree not to:

• Post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any individual or group
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Share another person's private information without their consent
• Post spam, advertisements, or solicitations
• Use the Platform to recruit users to competing services
• Post content that violates any applicable law, including copyright or defamation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards without notice.

Advisors on the Platform are independent individuals, not employees or contractors of Girl, Help Me. Sessions are peer support and life experience sharing — they are not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Do not treat advisor sessions as a substitute for professional services.

Session fees are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@girlhelpme.co within 24 hours of a session if you have concerns.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Girl, Help Me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and reproduce your content within the Platform for the purpose of operating the service. This licence ends when you delete your content or account.

The Platform, including its design, code, brand, and original content, is owned by Girl, Help Me and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Girl, Help Me is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, or for conduct that we determine is harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Girl, Help Me is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
